When it comes to technical bugs/glitches, support is always free. We do offer accounting related support, offered as “Premium Support”, that comes at an additional $0.15/unit. Premium Support isolated to accounting advise and recommendations that can directly affect your accounting books.
How much extra is Technical Support?
How long does the Implementation take?
This varies from client to client but we can confidently say to do our part; can range from 5-10 business days. We are pretty flexible in catering the Setup and Training requirements, all depends on how quickly the client can get organized and allocate their time.
How much Training is required?
We typically provide 4-5 Training Sessions. Corporation Setup, Accounting, Property Management, Mail Merge, and Administrator training sessions. Each session runs no more than 2 hours and all done through web conference. All you ever need is a phone and an internet connection.
Is there any integration with Banks for reconciliation purposes?
There is no direct API integration, due to the big banks’ development processes and strict privacy & liability clauses, however our reconciliation process is quite intuitive and hasn’t been a major cause of concern with our current clients.
Do I have to install anything on my computer to run Shiftsuite?
No, not at this time. All you’ll need is a stable, reliable internet connection.
Can I restrict certain functions by User?
Absolutely. All our modules are permission based, meaning you can quickly assign or un-assign any module per User directly within the system.
